Quiet Mind ~ Open Heart brings together Stuart Watkins, Cameron Watkins and musician Matthew Hatch for an immersive evening of yoga, breath, meditation, therapeutic movement and live sound.

Set under the open sky at the Quarry Amphitheatre, the practice unfolds alongside Matthew’s live soundscape as the sun goes down. No need to be “good at yoga” — simply come as you are.
